For this challenge, report the total number of seconds you hold a plank daily. This can be all at once or the sum of multiple planks throughout the day.
These planks count for this challenge:
- Plank from your elbow
- Plank from your hands
- Side plank
- Plank with shoulder taps
- Plank with toe taps
This plank does not count for this challenge:
- Plank from your knees
