FIT-P’s July Challenge is the Plank Challenge!

For this challenge, report the total number of seconds you hold a plank daily. This can be all at once or the sum of multiple planks throughout the day.

These planks count for this challenge:

  • Plank from your elbow
  • Plank from your hands
  • Side plank
  • Plank with shoulder taps
  • Plank with toe taps

This plank does not count for this challenge:

  • Plank from your knees
