1-1-1 Physical Fitness Assessment

The 1-1-1 Physical Fitness Assessment is one minute of push-ups, at least 5 minute break; one minute of sit-ups, at least 5 minutes break; one mile run.  You may remember doing this at BCT….  The intent is to give you an idea of how you are doing on APFT prep.

Complete the 1-1-1 this week and post your scores in the comments!
