APFT Prep Challenge Week 4 Bonus:

Food logging.

Log everything you eat for at least 3 days.  You may use pencil and paper or an app such as MyFitnessPal or Strava.  For this challenge, you must include everything–meals, snacks, and drinks.

The goal is simply increased awareness of what you are consuming regularly.
