Snack on the go

Breakfast seems to be a commonly missed meal for a lot of people; maybe due to lack of time or hunger. Instead, prep ahead of time so you dont have to worry about morning prep. Overnight oats are a go to for me. Note I am not an registered dietician and am not suggesting you must eat this, it is just to help you create recipe ideas. First you need a mason jar, 1 cup steel cut oats, blueberries, 1 cup unsweetened greek yogurt,and 1 tsp  brown sugar. Mix all of the ingredients in the jar so the oatmeal gets wet. Store it in the fridge overnight for morning consumption. Meal prep and eating doesn’t have to be hard and having a plan with prepping tools will make you successful.  This recipe is around 460 calories. I hope this makes breakfast a little easier.
