FIT-P’s Big Three Weight Lifting Challenge will take place 01 May 2019 – 31 December 2019.
This challenge is the sum of your one rep max for the bench press, the back squat, and the deadlift. Aim for our 350#, 500#, 750#, or 1,000# club.
If you are not familiar with these lifts, seek proper guidance prior to attempting.
