APFT Prep Challenge Week #7 bonus:
“You can’t out train a bad diet.”
This week’s bonus is food logging. Keep a journal of everything you eat or drink for at least three full days. The goal is simply awareness of what you eat. For the bonus points; log your food and drinks (snacks and condiments too) for three full days, look at your food log, post one thing that surprised you about your food intake, and indicate ‘yes’ for completing the challenge.
You may use an app such as MyFitnessPal or Strava, or you may choose to use pen and paper.
