Use it or Lose it!

Steve Carrell once asked, “Is it true that if you don’t use it, you lose it?”. In short, yes! This is true on so many levels, as either a professional athlete, fitness enthusiast, or simply trying to maintain your health. We can spend a lifetime building ourselves up, to easily lose it in a few weeks of absence. Fitness, wellness, and health all demand regular maintenance through daily workouts, clean eating, adequate sleep habits, healthy relationships, mental health, and social support. This is all about being consistent and mindful with your daily habits and activities. Stay active, and stay well!
