Looking to make your life even just that little bit healthier? Then get up and do your chores. Stop pushing off taking out the trash and delegating the dishes to your spouse or children. People who stay involved in household chores tend to burn more calories throughout the day. Not to mention, people who help around the house tend to keep healthier relationships with their families. So, get up and get to work!
