Are you traveling? Has something changed in your life that is keeping you from your normal fitness routine? Can you not afford to pay for a gym membership? Do you not have time to work out? These are all comments that keep some from completing a good workout. Don’t let these be excuses that get in your way of a healthy lifestyle. A simple workout can be done anywhere.
There are 24 hours in a day. Yes I know we are all busy. We work 8-10 hours a day. We then also must sleep 6-8 hours. We have to drive to and from work. That could be another hour for the commute. With all of this being said this example still leaves us at least 5 hours of our day. Now all you need is a space for a workout and 20 minutes to 1 hour of your time.
Your workout can be as simple as a tabata push-up, sit-up routine, or the deck of cards workout. Maybe you want to do a simple cardio exercises like jumping jacks in between two weight bearing exercises. Exercises like these are too easy to come up with excuses for. They literally can be completed anywhere and with no equipment.
So the next time life happens and you just don’t think you have time or money to do a workout just remember these simple tips.
