“Show Off”

Working out and making healthy choices can be difficult. It requires you do to things that make you sore, sweaty and hungry, and the desire to slack off is something that everyone faces. In times like these one of the best things that you can do is Show Off! Display your results, not necessarily for everyone else but for your own benefit. Keep a photo progress journal of your results. Seeing the progress that you have made through hard work is a great motivator to stick with it when things get tough.
