Not sure where to start at the gym?  Bored with your current work out routine?  Consider trying a group fitness class!  Group fitness classes provide group accountability to attend workout; motivation to keep going, push a little harder, or go a little longer.  Group fitness can expose you to a new type of workout you haven’t tried before and introduce variety to your workout routine.  Group fitness can help ease the planning process—instead of planning your hour at the gym—occasionally, try simply planning to attend a group fitness class.

Some great options for group fitness include; indoor cycling, yoga, high intensity interval training classes, Boot Camp classes, Zumba, step aerobics, CrossFit, deep water jogging, aqua aerobics, and many, many more.
