BREAKFAST IS NOT ONLY THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY;

IT SHOULD BE YOUR BIGGEST MEAL OF THE DAY!!!!!!!!

We have commonly heard how breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This statement for the most part has focused on the benefits we receive throughout the day. Now, new studies are showing how beneficial breakfast can be on a long term basis. According to a new study people who made breakfast their largest meal of the day loss 2½ times more weight than the people who ate larger dinners. Big-breakfast eaters also saw improvements in other areas; such as belly fat, hunger levels, and fasting blood sugar levels—which is used to test for diabetes

So not only should we make sure we’re eating breakfast, try to make it your largest and healthiest meal of the day.
